Two major filling lines with a total capacity of 30 million cans per year. With capabilities to handle 45, 52, 57 and 65 mm and fill volumes between 100 and 500 ml tinplate cans; the line features fully automatic filling, weight checking, test bath leak checking, actuator placing, capping and shrink wrapping. Our secondary filling line can handle short runs for both tin plate and aluminum cans.

We have an LPG propellant storage capacity of 70,000 liters, capable of purifying LPG if necessary through an in-line molecular sieve bed. High grade LPG is sources from a nearby depot which is capable of supplying any quantity whenever demanded. Our propellant filling facilities are easily convertible to accommodate compressed gas, DME, and HFC filling.

The plant is protected by automatic flammable vapor detection, alarm and shutdown system, all designed in accordance with international safety standards.
