  • QC Senior Officer (Lab; Process/Product Inspection)

    Qualification & Experience:


    • Chemist, Chemical Engineer or allied field; Industrial Engineer for process & product inspection.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in same capacity.
    • Experience in reporting/record keeping.
    • Can communicate effectively (written/oral).

    Job Role Involves:

    To perform specific Quality Control functions pertaining to inspection & testing of incoming materials, in-process goods, finished goods and relevant processes which relate to rendering quality dispositions on such material or products.

    Responsibilities:


    • Familiarize with ISO system’s Work Instructions pertaining to QC inspection/laboratory tests/ instrument calibration procedures and methods.
    • Responsible for the correct implementation of inspection and test procedures and maintenance of prescribed records.
    • Assist in the supervision, training of staff that may be assigned to work as a junior/assistant.
    • Coordinate with other sections/personnel relevant to the implementation of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
    • Responsible for the safety, maintenance of good housekeeping, organization, up keep of equipment and facilities related to the performance of assigned tasks.
    • Cooperate with/contribute to the development and improvement of existing and new procedures and methods which will lead to the enhancement of the factory’s efficiency and performance.

  • QC Lab Assistant/ Line Inspector

    Qualification & Experience:


    • Minimum 2 years college preferably in chemistry or engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years all around experience in FMCG.
    • Able to communicate in English, read/write reports.

    Responsibilities:

    Qualification & Experience:


    •Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience .
    •Expert in IQ/OQ/PQ.
    •Expertise with all manufacturing processes in area of specialty.
    •Extensive experience in tooling design, qualification, and troubleshooting.
    •In depth plastic injection moulding experience .
    •Ability to run a servo based plastic moulding machine.
    •Understanding of PPAP requirements for plastic parts.
    •Adhere to safety policy procedures.

    Job Role Involves:

    Aresponsible for designing and developing materials and other goods made with plastics. Creates specifications, establishes manufacturing control plans, and designs pieces and parts.

    Responsibilities:


    • Provide Technical advice related to plastic component material selection and part design to achieve required cost, performance, and quality requirements.
    • Estimate component and tooling costs for capital and product cost planning.
    • Provide component design support interacting directly with product designers and suppliers.
    • Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis on proposed component designs.
    • Participate in supplier selection and development activities.
    • Manage component tooling build and qualification with suppliers.
  • Credit Collector

    Qualification & Experience:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a collection officer.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills.
    • Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
    • Having a car and driving license is a must.

    Job Role Involves:

    Assist with the collection of outstanding debts. The collection officer will contact clients and inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments are made as soon as possible.

    Responsibilities:


    • Reviewing the company debtor list.
    • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
    • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
    • Negotiating suitable payment plans.
    • Maintaining customer payment records.
    • Preparing customer financial statements
    • Responding to customer queries.
  • Line Operator/Die Setter

    Job Purpose:

    Set up and changeover metal stamping dies, run automated lines, monitor equipment during production and ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


    • Set up, change, and change over metal stamping dies per production schedule.
    • Set up specific part programs and parameters for metal stamping presses, feed lines, and dies using the company’s standard practices and procedures.
    • Perform quality checks according to the company’s procedures to verify die set up prior to production run.
    • Fix broken punches or sections of dies in the press or die shop.
    • Initiate work orders for dies going into triage rack or die shop for repairs.
    • Troubleshoot issues and identify the cause of errors, problems, and defects.
    • Set up and operate line according to production specifications.
    • Inspect equipment before and monitor equipment during production. Confirm that it is working properly by checking process parameters and indicators.
    • Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with fixtures or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
    • Report production quantities accurately and according to the company’s recording process.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify the cause of errors, problems and defects.
    • Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead crane, etc to move raw material and parts as needed.
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor.
    • Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards.

    Qualifications:


    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
    • Experience with standard shop measuring tools and hand tools required.
    • Experience operating automated metal stamping presses required.
    • Ability to perform standard shop computations (math).
    • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and standard work instructions.
    • Ability to perform basic maintenance of equipment.
    • Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
    • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments as well as work within a team environment.

  • Maintenance Technician

    Qualification & Experience:


    • Proven Experience as maintenance technician
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years in similar jobs
    • Knowledge of mechanical maintenance process
    • Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning
    • Ability to handle basic tools
    • Knowledge of safety precaution

    Job Role Involves:

    Provide maintenance support with special focus but not exclusive on technical fields (e.g. electrical, electronic, mechanical, fabrication, etc.) as required by the company’s operations.



    • Perform tasks that may be assigned during maintenance and engineering operations.
    • Collaborate with the Plant Manager/Engineer on technical issues such as trouble shooting, optimizing spare stocks, improvement of preventive maintenance techniques, etc.)
    • Responsible for the operation and safe keeping of tools, instruments and equipment’s that may be issued to him in the performance of his work.
    • Coordinate with other personnel in the factory on the effective performance of tasks.
    • Records data and prepare timely reports as prescribed by the maintenance system
    • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Trade Marketing Manager

    Qualification & Experience:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
    • At least Five (5) years Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry experience with equivalent experience in Product/Market Business Management experience.
    • Capable of working with category management best practices.
    • Strong presentation skills. Strong planning, relationship building and follow- through.
    • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

    Job Role Involves:

    Work closely with the VP Sales & Marketing in developing and executing MAPS (merchandising, assortment, pricing, shelving) fundamentals across all classes of trade. Responsible for the trade promotion budget within the assigned product groups. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently with sound judgment.
    • Increasing the demand at wholesaler, retailer, or distributor level.
    • Analyse customers' purchasing habits and desires and develop effective ways to engage with them through effective promotional techniques.

  • Qualifications & Experience:


    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of experience in related industry.
    • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
    • Possession of a Kuwait Driver’s license is a must.

    Job Role involves:


    • Conduct and organize sales visits.
    • Establish business opportunities and relationships.
    • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
    • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and achieve annual targets.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

    Job Role involves:


    • Responsible for selling KWIK products. You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
    • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
    • Making appointments with and meeting new customers
    • Meeting sales targets; Promoting new products and any special deals
