Our liquid plant specializes in the production of a variety of liquid detergents like dishwashing liquids, disinfectants, liquid soap, cleaners etc. on lines designed to ensure product quality through a dedicated set of mixing and filling equipment for each product range. Liquid detergent is produced by an automatic continuous process fatty acid alkali neutralizer that feeds concentrated detergent to each batch. Batch mixing is carried out in PVC or stainless steel tanks while filling is done through standard volumetric filling automatic capping and labeling equipment. Our lines can handle 100 ml to 200 liters fills in different container shapes and sizes; Production capacity for liquid products is 9000 tons or 16 million units per year.
