Qualification  & Experience 

  •            +8  years of relative Experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of products offered.
  • Customers target & achievements (monthly & annually).
  • Continually monitor and track Customers orders, forecast & confirmations.
  • Announce, present, and educate sales team of any new or upcoming products.
  • Develop sales channels in the assigned territories.
  • Develop key accounts marketing programs alongside distribution team.
  • Evaluate & Supervise in market investment such as listing, promotions, rentals etc.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Field supervision and update on brands distribution and visibility.
  • Develop key accounts marketing programs alongside distribution team.
  • Extend our private label offerings to the assigned regions.
  • Train new sales department hires in company processes procedures.
  • Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
  • Lead, motivate, acknowledge and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations.
