Al Sharhan’s liquid plant is designed for the most efficient and flexible production of a variety of liquid detergents, including dishwashing liquids, disinfectants, liquid soap, cleaners etc.

Our production lines guarantees product quality with a dedicated set of mixing and filling equipment used for each product range. Liquid detergent is produced with an automatic continuous-process fatty acid alkali neutralizer that feeds concentrated detergent to each batch. Batch mixing is carried out in PVC or stainless steel tanks while filling is done through precise automatic electronically controlled volumetric filling, capping and labelling equipment.

Our lines can handle 25ml to 200 litre fills in different container shapes and sizes; we have production capacity for liquid products at 9000 tons, or 16 million units, per year.
