DEVELOPMENT:
We take complete development or modify existing formula from the first laboratory measures to the documented official registration.

DESIGN & PACKAGING :
Our in-house plastic Facility which consists of 4 blow molding lines and 4 injection lines, gives our client greater space to develop their own packaging mold in coordination with our mold suppliers, our design and creative team also extend their expertise to adapt changes on label and can where necessary.
PRODUCTION:
We manufacture our Aerosols in 2 automatic filling lines with production capacity that exceeds 50,000,000 cans per annum and liquids in 7 filling lines with capacity that exceeds 20,000 tons per annum.
We consistently optimize our operational processes, regularly train our employees and keep the plant in good condition.
QUALITY ASSURANCE :
Quality and hygiene are prerequisites for our products. We manufacture safe, reliable products that live up to our customers expectations by carefully selecting raw materials and performing detailed quality inspections of all processes.
All products are manufactured according to the guidelines of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Our high-quality standards are acknowledged by the quality assurance system certification according to ISO 9001:2015.
ASI is further strengthening our accreditations by obtaining ISO 17025 testing process and lab & ISO 1401 for an effective environmental management system (EMS).
